## Booking Guidelines
- **Same day bookings**: Please book at least 2 hours before your pick up time
- **Airport pick up**: Select flight arrival date at the checkout page (if flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May, select 2 May)
- **Hotel pick up**: Your preferred pick up time should be at least 3.5 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight
- You may change your pick up date, time, and location one day before the schedule. The operator will notify you if the changes can be arranged
- Last minute amendments may incur extra fees
