# Pick Up Information:
- Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before scheduled pick up time
- The driver will wait for you for up to 45 minutes. If you are delayed for longer than 45 minutes after the scheduled pick up time, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply if the waiting time exceeded 45 minutes
- If it is past the waiting time and you are uncontactable, you will be considered a "no show." The driver will leave and no refund will be issued

- For the **12-hr Charter Service from Cebu/Mactan to Moalboal (Round Trip)**, a surcharge of PHP300 will apply for every succeeding hour after completing 12 hours payable directly to the driver
