Private City Transfers between Hat Yai and Pak Bara Pier

# Pick Up Procedure:
## From Hotel:
- Please be at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before departure time
## From Airport:
- The driver will be waiting at Arrival Hall **Gate 8** holding a **Signboard Name: KLOOK** with your name on it
- The driver will wait for you up to 2.5 hours from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 2.5 hours after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. Additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 2.5 hours
- If it is past the waiting time and you are not contactable, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 2.5 hours of landing, a full refund will be issued
## From Pak Bara Pier:
- Please proceed to **Hi Lipe Office** (next to 7-Eleven convenience store) 15 minutes before departure time
- Bara Travel Thailand Office opening hours: 8:30am-5:30am
