- **Standard luggage size**: 45cm x 66cm
- Walking canes, strollers, sports equipment, etc. will be counted as 1 piece of luggage each
# Service Areas:
- Pick up and drop off service is only available within the city limits of Da Nang and Ba Na Hills
- **Regular service hours**: 7:00am-6:00pm. A surcharge will be incurred for transfers between 6:01pm-6:59am
