- The driver speaks basic English only
- This transfer service does not provide child seats or baby capsules. It is recommended that infants are seated on the lap of their parent or legal guardian
- Kindly indicate your preferred pick up location at checkout. If you booked a round trip service, please inform the driver your preferred pick up time for your return transfer
- For airport pick ups, the date selected upon booking should be your flight arrival date, e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May
- No additional stops or detours will be permitted during the service. You will be dropped off directly at your preferred drop off location
