## Airport Pick Up
- Please proceed to Arrival Hall Gate 2 and look for a staff member holding a Klook sign
- If your flight is delayed, please contact Klook as soon as possible
- Please be patient in case of unforeseen delays due to peak traffic time on certain routes
- The driver will wait at the arrival hall for maximum time of 2.5 hours, after which the booking will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued

## Hotel Pick Up
- Please be at your hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up time
- Please be patient in case of unforeseen delays due to peak traffic time on certain routes
- The driver will wait at the designated pick up location for maximum time of 2.5 hours, after which the booking will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued
- Free pick ups are available only for hotels in Tambon Wiang, Tambon Rop Wiang and Tambon Rimkok that are included in the yellow area shown in the map below

# Surcharge:
- Pick up and drop offs are limited only to locations in city center
- Pick up and drop offs in locations outside the limits may incur a surcharge, to be confirmed by the operator. Surcharge is payable directly in cash (THB) to the driver
- Surcharge for Tambon Ban Du, Tambon Mae Yao, Tambon Mae Khao Tom and Tambon Tha Sai is THB500
