- Please note: If it is past the waiting time and you are not reachable, it will be considered a "no show". The driver will leave and no refund will be issued

## Airport Pick Up Information
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- The driver will wait up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message to check if the driver is still available. An additional surcharge will apply for waiting time exceeding 1 hour
- If you are unable to redeem the service due to delays caused by unforeseen circumstances and you message within 1 hour of landing, a full refund will be issued

## Kalibo International Airport - Domestic

- For passengers arriving at this terminal, after baggage claim and customs check, please proceed to the tour operator counters located at the left side (if you are facing the exit). An airport representative will meet you at the Southwest counter, the last counter

## Kalibo International Airport - International

- For passengers arriving at this terminal, after baggage claim and customs check, please exit the Kalibo International Airport and proceed to the Waiting Shed Area located at the Airport Arrival curbside located at the front of the airport. An airport representative will meet you at the Southwest counter, in front of the waiting shed

## Departure Transfers
- Service hours: 24 hours, daily
- For domestic flights, the operator will pick you up 5 hours before flight departure time
- For international flights, the operator will pick you up 6 hours before flight departure time
- Please be at your hotel lobby 10 minutes before the scheduled pick up. Refunds will not be issued for latecomers and no-shows

# Travel Journey:
## 1. Airport to Caticlan Port
- Guests will be picked up from the airport, transported via an air-conditioned bus or coaster to Caticlan (either Caticlan Jetty Port or Tabon Port depending on the weather)
- If by Caticlan Jetty, there will be a private air-conditioned lounge for guests

## 2. Caticlan Port to Boracay Island
- Transfer to be done via a 5-10 minute ride via outrigger boat

## 3. Boracay Port to Hotel
- From either Cagban or Tambisaan Port, guests will be brought to their hotel via an air-conditioned van. Guests will be guided by the logistics coordinator even in locations far off from the main road
