- Standard Car (Toyota Corolla or Vios): 3 passengers with 3 pieces of standard luggage or 2 passengers with 4 pieces of standard luggage
- Luxury Van (Hyundai): 7 passengers with 5 pieces of standard luggage or 6 passengers with 6 pieces of standard luggage
- Standard Van (Toyota Commuter): 10 passengers with 5 pieces of standard luggage or 8 passengers + 7 pieces of standard luggage
- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 for car, no more than 12 for luxury, no more than 15 for standard van
- The maximum passengers for car is 3, the maximum passengers for van is 10
- Standard luggage size is 24 inches. Luggage over 28 inches will be considered 2 pieces

- This car charter service is strictly no longer than 12 hours a day, before midnight. Drivers cannot work more than 12 hours a day
