One Day Kimono Rental

# Confirmation:

- You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 business day. Once confirmed, we will send you the voucher via email
- In the event that you do not receive an email from us, please check your Spam folder or notify us via email

# Itinerary:
- 10:00am-5:00pm arrive at the kimono rental store
- Choose a kimono from the selection (20-30 minutes)
- Put on kimono (20 minutes)
- Walk through Kyoto
- 6:30pm return kimonos to the shop
# Luggage Service:
- An additional cost of JPY500 will apply if you wish to store your luggage prior to traveling
- Special or large luggage such as suitcases, strollers, wheelchairs, and luggage exceeding the 50cm x 40cm limit will incur additional fees
- Luggage services will be provided for free for clothes, handbags, and rucksacks
- No cameras, passports, and other valuable items will be allowed for storage
- **Only one suitcase per customer will be provided for renters due to limited space**

# Additional Information:
- It is not recommended for pregnant women to wear kimonos
- You can leave your suitcase during the trip
- Please return the kimono on or before 6:30pm. Otherwise, it will be considered a 'next day return' and is subject to a JPY1,000 surcharge per kimono/day or JPY2,000 surchange per premium kimono/day (kimono needs to be returned by 5:00pm the following day)
- There will be a JYP5,000 surcharge for any irreparable damage (oil paint, cigarette burn, torn seam, holes, etc.) of the kimono
- In case of typhoons, blizzards, and other bad weather, you will be notified by email before the activity date. If the experience is canceled, you can either get a full refund or request for a reschedule
