- Infant aged 0-5 are free of charge
- Child ticket: Age 6-12
- Student ticket: Age 13-18
- Adult ticket: Age 19+
- These attractions can accommodate disabled participants, wheelchairs, and strollers. However, please note some parts of the castle do not have wheelchair ramps available
- For participants with wheelchairs, please note that if you enter the Ninomaru Palace, you will be requested to change into a palace specialized wheelchair
- Photography and video recording is strictly prohibited within the Ninomaru Palace
- Coin lockers and a luggage check-in area are available for use at the Nijo Castle. Please check the rental fees onsite
- **Please note:** General and evening admission tickets are required to visit the Nijo Castle during the general and evening schedules. You cannot use a general admission ticket for the evening admission schedule
- Visitors wearing a kimono during the evening admission can visit for free
- The admission ticket to Nijo Castle and Ninomaru Palce is only valid for single use. You are not allowed to re-enter the attraction after exit

## Tour Guide

- For tour guide, please arrive at the meet up location at the east gate of Nijo Castle at least 15 minutes before tour's starting time
- Tour will start on time and no refund will be generated to latecomers
- Each participant can bring 1 child aged 0-12 to join for free. The child has to be accompanied by an adult during the tour
- If you wish to bring more than one child to the tour, each additional child would have to purchase an adult ticket
- Please note that you have to follow guide's instructions and do not leave the team without permission or conduct any dangerous behaviours. Neither operator nor guide would take liability of any damage occured under stated circumstance
