- Adult prices will be charged for children aged 4+
- Unsupervised children aged 12+ can enter the museum, but they may not supervise younger children
- Children age 0-11 can only enter the museum if supervised by individuals aged 16 or above
- Eating is only allowed at designated locations in the museum
- Pets are not allowed in the museum
- Lockers are available inside the museum to store coats and small backpacks free of charge
- The museum is wheelchair and pram friendly, except for the Energetica exhibition on the rooftop square
- The museum is accessible for people with disabilities or visual impairments. NEMO employees will be happy to let you know which exhibits are most suitable
- There is no access to the rooftop terrace and restaurant in bad weather and during special events
