"Nag tibba trek is such a breather amidst this chaotic routine life that we live. it's a perfect set up having amazing people who host you and make you comfortable throughout the trek. \n\nWe started from Delhi and all the aspects regarding travel booking, cabs and pick up is managed by the Thrillophilia team in an impressive manner. They are helpful and most importantly available the whole time.\n\nThe trek begins with a moderate walk and climb till the base camp on the first day you reach. You get packed lunch from the team. And this grand welcomed by an amazing view of sunset from such pristine heights.\n\nEveryone is allotted a quechua tent either on single basis or twin sharing. The night sets up with a warm bonfire with all the people around and hot served dinner. The next day trek begins early morning so take adequate sleep. Anyone who can walk every day can do this trek. It's a good way to start and know who trek gets done. The climb is moderate and is accompanied by a guide who in my case was an amazing person. He told so many stories, his own life narratives and history behind the whole place. The summit ends up with a breath taking to view from where you can see the Sahaydaris and Himalayas out far. It's just an amazing experience altogether. \n\nThings to remember. \nCarry less things as you yourself carry it. It's one night and two days so pack light.\nCarry small packs of toiletries and cosmetics. Do carry water bottle. Torch.\nDuring winters, carry gloves, scarves and good thermals.\nPreferably wear hiking trousers and shoes (you can easily get one from decathlon store or app) , makes it comfortable hike. Carry water. \n\nPLEASE DON'T THROW PLASTICS AT THE CAMP OR DURING THE TREK."

It was an amazing trip with great organization. They answer all my questions before the trip in whatsapp. Also agreed to make pick up from our hotel on the way to Pantwari. I left my baggage and laptop before starting the track and it was safely returned to me after. We had private tent just for me and my friend, food was arranged more often then we were hungry. Really enjoy evening bonfire in base camp as well as on the top! Everyone was very friendly and helpful! The mountains are super beautiful there, will definitely come back!

"I booked the tour at midnight..\nI was in the train towards Haridwar..\nI was doubtful if I'll get the trip confirmation for same day, that too in hours.. but kudos to Thrillophilia they managed it..\nthe tour was supposed to start from Dehradun but I went ahead to Mussoorie, as I reached Dehradun at 6am , I couldn't have contacted customer care service.\nso reached mussoorie, which is enroute pantwari village, by 8am , and contacted them,\nI got the confirmation within an hour, With Sar outdoors, and a vehicle picked me up from mussoorie at around 10 am.\nso overall it was a good experience.\nYou need moderate fitness for this trekk, and keep the baggage as light as possible. Have a thermos bottle for carrying hot water. A good pair of shoes and jorabs to take care of your feet, as it's a long walk. \n\nHappy Travelling!"

"It was one of nicest trek i have ever had, the people out there are simply amazing and helpful in every way possible. The trek is of moderate level. We didn't face any kind of problem bcoz trek leaders are experience enough to tackle any problem out there. "

We did the trek on Aug 16, 2019, during the monsoon season and it was a wonderful experience. I wouldn't call this trek easy - especially for beginners or people who rarely work-out and aren't physically active. Moderate difficulty is a better-suited term for beginners and I highly recommend getting in shape and doing cardio and leg exercises around a month before your trek begins. We were only 6 people in the entire group which made the entire trek even more enjoyable. Food was good and had a homely feel to it.
P.S. If you don't want to spend money on buying trekking shoes, you can also rent them at Pantwari village, the starting point of the trek.

"After all the biking trips in the Himalayas I wanted to try something different when this idea of trekking popped in my mind. Since this was my first trek, I was searching for something of easy-moderate difficulty when I came across this Nag Tibba Trek. After going through the details and reading the reviews and blogs of previous treckers I readily booked Nag tibba trek organised by Thrillophilia for 2/3 March 2019. And now i can say it was the best decision I made. Our trek leader Bachan Rana and his team were very helpful, concerned and kept motivating and inspiring us. The food served was delicious. You can't expect more in such harsh terrain. It was beyond expectations. They also gave proper guidance regarding waste and garbage management and the need to protect the environment.\nThough for beginners like me it was never from any angle an easy trek, but the beauty and serenity of nature and the enthusiasm to trek in snow and reach the summit kept me going.\nAfter being picked up from Dehradun, we were taken to Pantwari village from where we started the trek. Though its quite steep in the beginning, soon we got acclimatised. We were served lunch in between and after 5-6 hours of trek, we reached our base camp. There we were served with Tea, snacks, soup and dinner later that night. All the hard work paid off as soon we began our trek in the early morning of the 2nd day as the path was covered with white, glistening snow. As we kept moving the snow cover kept getting thicker. It was such a delightful experience. We reached the summit by 11 am. To our surprise, our trek leader carried sandwiches for us which was served to us at the summit. Hats Off for that. After spending some quality time at the summit, we started descending back to base camp, where we had our lunch. After it, we descended further to Pantwari from where we were transported back to Dehradun bringing an end to the adventurous trek and many memories for lifetime."

Amazing experience with Thrillophilia! Everything was well-planned. Very energetic & supportive trek leader Mr. Monu Rana. We 5 cousins planned this trek - our first of the kind! It wasn't an easy one as such, has an average difficulty level. Would recommend others to hit gym for 10-15 days before planning this trip.

The trek was very well organized. The pick up from the station was arranged on time in a tempo traveler. Journey to pantwari village is beautiful. Caution for people with motion sickness as the hilly roads can cause nausea. The guide, Mr Monu, arranged packed lunch for the up climb. The initial 1km is a steep climb with loose rocks. Thereafter it's a steady climb. The entire trek has loose rocks which makes the climb a little difficult. However the breathtaking view of the hills around will rejuvenate every soul. We carried approximately 2ltr drinking water per head. Lunch break spot is about 2km from the start point. Fresh water flowing down from the hill is available to freshen up. The final climb from lunch point to the camp site about an hour trek with adequate breaks. The camp site is beautiful and dining tent was in place. Hot tea and coffee with French fries was given once we reached the camp site. Dinner was freshly prepared veg food including parotha, rice, Dal, cauliflower and pasta with sweets. Next day early morning we were supposed to start at 0330 for the trek Nag tibba but due to heavy rain we could not. The tents and the sleeping bags were clean and hygienic and withstood the heavy rain with no leakage. Finally we went for a short trek for an hour after having breakfast. Breakfast was also very nice with hot bread, jam, butter, poha, cornflakes and tea/coffee. After the short trek we returned back to camp site and had lunch comprising rice and Rajma. The trek down hill was not very taxing but in the end the knees were paining as the rain water made the rocks slippery. We changed our clothes at pantwari and a room was provided for changing. The tempo traveler took us back to dehradun. The time taken is as follows
Dehradun to pantwari by bus 4hrs
Pantwari to campsite 3hrs
Campsite to Nag tibba top and back 6-7 hours
Campsite to pantwari village 2hrs
Pantwari to dehradun 4hrs
We had two children of 8years and both could comfortably climb up with their backpack.

This was a great trek. My friend and I went on this trek 3 months back. It was the perfect time to go on trek in this area. The beauty of this trek is the clear and steep trek trails that are both fun as well as tough. I had a really great trek here. The trek as it is tough will leave one exhausted. A lot of warm-ups before hand helps. Also, there are experienced trekkers who accompany us, yet if you need to fully enjoy the fun aspect of the trip, it is better if you get to be strong and fit enough to handle the climate as well as the path.

A big thanks to all the awesome members for making this trek a memorable one for me.
