# Itinerary:
- 9:00am pick up from accommodations in Leh
- Drive to Thiksey monastery
- Explore the 12-story monastery
- Interact and learn more about monks and children practicing Buddhism
- Head to Hemis Monastery
- 1:00pm have lunch at a local restaurant (at own expense)
- Reach Hemis Monastery and see the Thangkas, Buddhist statue
- Attend the Hemis festival with cultural activities and paintings
- Visit Gurdwara Shri Patthar Sahib and Zanskar or Indus river
- Drive back to Leh
- 5:00pm drop off at accommodations in Leh

# Additional Information:
- Children aged 0-5 can join the tour free of change provided they do not require an additional seat
- **Please note:** Child seats or baby capsules cannot be provided for the trip. Infants must be seated on the lap of an adult
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women and participants with serious medical conditions (e.g. heart problems, immobility disorders)
