- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity

- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified

- You must present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket
- Redemption location: at the ticket office of the park. Last redemption time is at 4:30pm

## On Your Own:
- By bus: Please take bus 102 Route B to Miami Seaquarium stop

## Hotel Pick Up:
- Hotel pick up service is available for most hotels located in Dowtown Miami and Miami Beach, please refer to the pick up list at check out for more information
- Please choose your preferred pick up location at check out
- If your hotel is not on the list, you are suggested to choose a nearby pick up location
- You can also choose option "Bayside Marketplace" in the list, you will meet up and be picked up at Bayside Marketplace (401 Biscayne Blvd)
- Return transfer: exact meet up time and location for return bus will be instructed by the guide upon drop off (usually at where you are dropped off by 2:00pm)
- Pick up details may occassionally vary, please refer to the pick up location on your voucher and arrive 10 mintues prior to the pick up time
- Your name will be called at the pick up location, please wait outside hotels or right at the pick up location. The bus will be labeled as Gray Line Miami
