- Luggage such as sports equipment, musical instruments, or any other odd-shaped baggage can only be accommodated for Innova, Innova New Reborn, Elf, and Hiace (no extra fees needed). You may indicate your luggage requirements upon check out
- If your luggage exceeds the size and quantity limitations, the operator has the right to cancel your booking and no refunds will be issued
