- Uttrakhand style dal / Kadi / Dal Tadka / Rajma ,Goes best with the aloo tamatar curry), phulka (Indian flatbread made of wheat flour)/
Rice and Sabzi
- Accompaniments: local chutney / Achaar / boondi raita
- Dessert: Local Desert / Gulab Jamun / Halwa
