# Itinerary:

- 8:45am meet up at Viet Flower Hotel
- 8:45am-9:15am pick up by foot at hotel in Sapa Town
- 9:20am start trek to Lao Chai Village
- 12:00pm enjoy lunch at a homestay in Lao Chai Village
- 1:30pm continue trek to Ta Van Village
- 2:30pm ride on the transfer service and head back to Sapa town
- Body massage in 60 mintues
- 4:00pm end of tour, drop off at hotel or meet up location

- Please be advised that only one ride will be offered throughout this entire tour (Ta Van Village to Sapa Town hotels or Viet Flower Hotel). The guide will pick you up by foot and drop you off via transfer service. Kindly indicate your preferred drop off option upon checkout
- The trail level is easy. Please ensure that you are fit enough for long distance trekking
- The trek is 8km long and will take approx. 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete
- **Please note:** The road might be slippery and difficult, recommend that you rent a pair of boots at the hotel or prepare your own boots
- During the winter months (Oct-Feb), it is highly recommended to wear warm clothing
