I would say it is the most memorable trek for us. I went on this trek on 3rd August with my four friends and it's a monsoon season. Habib and Abhi were our instructors and right from the pickup point to drop point everything was well planned and executed properly, accommodation facility and food were good. This is the most beautiful trek you will see in India and especially in Monsoon season. The weather was so good and it was raining almost throughout the day. Abhi and Habib were there to assist us throughout the trek and made all necessary thing available for us. and they are expert mountaineers. The whole trek is divided into three parts Easy, Moderate and Difficult and with the help of instructors and guides we reached the peak well before. There are many waterfalls throughout the trek which we crossed them and which was amazing.
A lot of memories were captured in our mind and in our phones which can never be forgotten. Overall it was worth spending money on this trip.
Thank You Thrillophilia, Backpackers, Habib and Abhi (and other groups also) for making our trip amazing and memorable.
We would love to do another trip with them in the future.

The trip was awesome, Fortunately, we got the best group. We were close to 12 people and had a private traveller for transportation. Our Guide was also very cooperative and understanding. I would say the trek was medium difficult. Because of the forest department rule, we had to get down on the same day before 5:30 pm. Later we had a bonfire and the very next day we went to a nearby waterfall. The Food provided was okay. When they say don't expect luxury, they mean it very seriously :P
Overall great experience. Kudos to the team.

"Well what a trek it was, enchanting, thrilling and rejuvenating. I would suggest all trek lovers to go for Kudremukh trek as the view will simply keep you awestruck. The trek was well organised and the organizers (Habeeb, Shahid and Danny) did a great job to keep the entire group friendly and motivating. Although the trek distance is lil more (22km) up and down but plenty of water streams on way refreshes you on way. Overall it was great experience and I would recommend everyone to go for this once. "Hi Thrillophilians, Kudremukh ie Horse Faced. This being my 1st trek, it was an eye-opener how relaxing it feels getting out of a hectic week schedule. I would recommend all fellow Thrillophilians to do consider this. It's a MODERATE level trek and can be easily done on a Dry day buy any youngsters. The best part was having no signal in base camp, you get to connect with fellow people and get a relaxed mood after the busy week. Do consider this if you want to relax from hectic life from Bangalore. And be back by Monday for the usual life."

I would say that this is once in a lifetime trekking experience. Conquering the 3 highest peak. Karthik n Anupam who were our ODL made our trek memorable n entertaining through out, very friendly n energetic guys. We never felt that this was a group trek with some strangers, it was a nice bonding experience n meet new people. It’s a must do for core trekkers.. tests your endurance n spirt. 22 kms to n fro.. if u think only climb would b difficult n u can come down easily your wrong.. the path is so narrow n tricks n will test you in each n evry corner. A sense of accomplishment after completing the trip successfully with lots of stories to tell around and eager to venture on the next one.
Thanks a lot to Anupam n karthik who took such good care of us throughout the trip.. awesome hospitality.
Would love trekking with you all again soon

Kudremukh trek was an awesome experience..Starting from the bus pick up on right time, everything went as per plan. What a beautiful, green and lovely place.. If you want to see nature in its pristine beauty, Kudremukh is the place.. The trek was difficult and tiresome doing 22 kms within 9 hours, in a rough and rugged terrain during the monsoon.. but the ecstasy of reaching the peak is an unparalleled joy.. Homestay in the base of Kudremukh in a small village was simple but had all basic amenities like geysers, bedding, hygienic tasty home food and clean drinking water with no mosquitoes. Subhash and Sanjana were great organizers and did a wonderful job. We are coming back for more.. Kudos to Thrillophilia.

"Homestay and guides were great, supportive and very cordial. Food provided at homestay was very simple, down to earth and sufficient. Staying in the lap of nature amidst the hills and mountains was a completely different experience in itself. The entire trek was a bit challenging and adventurous and worth the thrill. "

"Trip was awesome. The place, our team, hills are beautiful. But it's better them to arrange more toilets for trekkers. Very minimum bathrooms were available when we got there. People needed to wait for bathrooms. And definitely there is no waterfall, it is just a water flow."

"An experience has to be experienced and cannot be put in words. Yet I'll try. \n\nKudremukh is another world altogether. From the beautiful rain to the peacocks and barking deers to the thrill of crossing creeks to the bumpy fun jeep trail to the triumph of having a leech on your leg. It is rewarding indeed. \n\nA booking app with discounts and promises kept, a vendor with loads of experience on imparting happiness and the joy of meeting new people on my lone travel. This encompassed my world for two days on this wanderlust of a trip.\n\n The arrangements made will humble you to the point of wondering how big a world awaits you away from the hustle of living in a city and how easy it is to make an impulsive decision and pack your bags. I truly lived these two days. \n\nSuresh anna was a truly good host, courtesy of the vendor. The guides were very responsible, friendly, comforting and knew their stuff. Take this break and know what I'm talking about !"

"For Airtel lovers,\n The only place you can get a signal is on the peak. So, climb up and talk to your loved ones, take some pics, post it then itself, make every1 feel jealous and comeback."

"This is one of the best trekks which I have covered so far . Lot of amazing scenery. On the way Waterfalls . Stay might not be good and you can't expect it to be good as it is in remote area. But can increase number of washrooms though. "

It was my first trekking and it was just amazing, Drizzling monsoon, Greenish hills, Amazing views.
When to visit, I would suggest any time between june to november, You wont get tired much in these periods coz whole trek sun will be blocked by amazing clouds. Also you will get better views in this time period.
We had been there with our group and BMC provided a separate transportation just for us
