- 10:30am-11:30am meet up at Nippombashi Metro Station Exit No. 2 (Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori Area)
- 12:00pm free time at Kobe-Sanda Premium Outlets and have lunch at your own expense (approximately 4 hours)
- 4:30pm enjoy Arima Onsen (at your own expense; approximately 1.5 hours)
- 6:00pm enjoy the night view at Mount Rokko (approximately 1.5 hours)
- 7:30pm return to Osaka
- 8:30pm arrive in Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori Area, tour ends

- If you cannot provide a WeChat ID, please provide an **email address**. The operator will confirm the meet up time, meet up location and the vehicle registration number through email by 10:00pm (Japan Local Time), one day before the tour day 
- If the booking is not confirmed due to it being fully booked or other unpredictable situations like inclement weather, you may reschedule or request for a full refund 
- It is free to bring along 1 piece of baggage per person (total length should be less than 20 inches) 
- **Please note:** The baggage you are planning to bring should be specified at the checkout page. Please ensure that the actual number of baggage you bring along on the activity date does not exceed the number you have specified on the booking 
- **Please note:** Baby carriages, strollers, and wheelchairs are counted as luggage
- No refunds or reschedules will be issued if you choose to leave in the middle of the tour 
- The operator will not take responsibility if the attraction is closed due to maintenance or any other situation beyond the operator’s control. No refunds or reschedules will be issued if this happens 
- If you are unable to arrive in Japan due to extreme weather conditions or any other uncontrollable situation, you may contact Klook through email and provide proof within 3 working days after the tour date. If this happens, you may reschedule or request for a full refund 
- The local operator may change the itinerary due to traffic or any other uncontrollable reasons. The local operator shall have the final decision
- Please lower your voice and turn down your phone during the trip to create a comfortable environment
- This trip includes free time for travelers to tour around in certain spots. Please arrive at the meetup location at least 10 minutes before the meetup time. There will be no waiting for late-comers. Travelers who fail to arrive on time can not receive any refund and will be considered as giving up the trip
