# Itinerary:

## From Nagoya
- 9:10am meet at the ESCA shopping mall near Nagoya Station Taiko-Dori Exit
- 12:30pm-1:30pm enjoy Grilled Hida beef meal for lunch at Hida Takayama Matsuri-no-mori in Takayama (60 minutes)
- 1:40pm-3:10pm free time in Takayama (90 minutes)
- Enjoy beef sushi for dinner on the bus
- Enjoy Shirakawa-go Light-Up experience (180 minutes/4:30pm-7:30pm)
- 10:20pm return to Nagoya Station
- Lunch may be changed to vegetarian/vegan meals. Specific meal change will be decided by the restaurant. Dinner may also be replaced with other types of sushi. Please indicate your preference at checkout

## From Takayama Station
- 3:40pm meet at Takayama Station West Exit
- 5:00pm arrive and enjoy free time in Shirakawa-go and enjoy Light-Up experience (150 minutes)
- 8:30pm return to Takayama Station
- Arrival time at Takayama Station may be delayed by approximately 1 hour due to traffic congestion after the Light-Up experience. Please be patient if any delays occur



# Additional Information:
- Group size: 1-42 participants
- Children aged 0-2 are free of charge provided they do not occupy a separate seat or require their own meal
- Children aged 3-5 will be provided a seat on the bus. However, please note meals are not included in their ticket
- A tour conductor or staff member will provide the participant with basic information necessary for the tour (such as the meeting place, time duration at each stop, etc.) in your preferred language. Please note that information about the tour stops will not be provided
- This activity is not stroller and wheelchair-accessible
- The Shirakawa-go Light-Up will be viewed by strolling around the World Heritage Site and not from the observation deck
- If the tour is canceled due to snow storms or other circumstances, you will be informed by 3:00pm JST a day before your intended departure
- The amended Act on the Protection of Personal Information came into effect in 30 May 2017. Customer information (name, age, gender, etc.) may be forwarded to the hotels or necessary entities for the purpose of making tour arrangements. This condition shall be deemed to have been accepted by the customer upon completion of the reservation
- Each participant will receive a complimentary Klook exclusive snack and post cards. Post card designs may differ and may feature a location not visited by the tour. Please note that the tour's complimentary snack and post cards will be forfeited for participants that arrive late at the meet up location
- No refunds will be issued for accommodations, meals, transportation, or any other expenses affected by delays due to weather conditions or other unforeseeable circumstances
