- **Please enter the correct ID number when purchasing the voucher. Klook will take no responsibility for any voucher that has been voided due to an invalid ID number (including spaces, special characters, or incorrect upper and lower case letters)**
- Additional fees incurred due to upgrades/changing items in the set menu must be paid directly at the restaurant
- Each coupon has a corresponding QR code. The voucher cannot be redeemed without the QR codes, please make sure to have them with you during your visit to the park
- Klook offers cannot be combined with any other promotions, credit card offers, or coupons in-store
- The inclusions of the package cannot be changed unless agreed by the restaurant
