- Please present the mobile voucher along with your valid passport at redemption stations in exchange for your physical Haruka Express Train Ticket
- The date you select upon booking is the date you intend to exchange your voucher for your Haruka Express Train Ticket
- Please redeem your JR Pass within 90 days after the ticket is issued

- For departures to Japan 3 months from booking date: Your exchange voucher will be issued instantly after booking
- For departures to Japan more than 3 months from booking date: Your exchange voucher will be issued 3 months before your departure date
