- Each piece of luggage cannot be more than 32" (length and width total 180cm), and cannot weigh more than 32kg
- Your luggage can be a suitcase, carton, backpack or bag (briefcase)
- Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
- If the luggage contains animals, plants, frozen, contraband, explosives iterms, mobile power, cash, passport and illegal items, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers must bear all the losses and any legal liabilities
- Baggage collection and delivery are handled by hand, and face to face
- **For luggage deliveries from hotels to the airport,** just drop off your luggage at the concierge of your hotel upon checkout and inform them. LuggAgent will come to pick up the luggage. Please remember to take a photo of the luggage and storage receipt before leaving the hotel
- **For luggage delivery to the airport,** the pick up time must be at least 2 hours prior to your departure time. The cost incurred due to insufficient time for luggage pick up will be shouldered by the customer
- Please make sure to check your luggage upon pick up. You can take a photo if you find something wrong and consult with the customer service staff. Once the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and LuggAgent no longer bears any responsibility
- USD1,600 luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include baggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
