- Children aged 0-2 do not need to purchase a ticket to enter
- Regular tickets need to be purchased for children aged 3+ or taller than 2.5 ft
- Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult
- Tickets booked online are non-refundable
- Photography and videography not allowed on personal phone and camera. Professional photography service is available in house at a nominal cost. 8 photos for INR 200, 15 photos for INR 300 and 20 photos for INR 350. Only soft copies of photographs will be given
- Re-entry to the museum will not be permitted as this is a one time entry ticket
- House rules apply. Please be mindful of them when inside the museum
- Food and beverages are not permitted inside the museum
