- Alternative modes of transportation can be provided for those who cannot ride a bicycle. You may indicate requests at the checkout page
- The tour is operational in all weather conditions except under tropical storms
- The tour is not suitable for pregnant women or people with heart or back problems
- Participants should be able to ride a bicycle comfortably. The operator reserves the right to refuse service if the customer cannot ride a bike safely, and no refunds will be granted
