- Child ticket: Age 4-11
- Children aged 0-3 are not required to purchase a park ticket
- No refunds will be given if certain rides are non-operational on a particular day
- Tickets, once booked, cannot be exchanged or refunded
- Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes prior at the venue to pick up physical tickets from the park ticket counter
- The theme park is open and functional all year round. However, the park may keep some of the outdoor rides non-operational for safety purposes
- Wat-A-Wednesday rates are the same for adults and children
- In the event of inclement weather, for guests’ safety, the management may close certain rides or amend certain activities/shows. No refunds will be given due to closure of rides or inclement weather
