- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 for cars and no more than 15 for standard vans
- The maximum passengers for cars is 3, and for vans is 10
- Standard luggage size is 24 inches. Luggage over 28 inches will be considered 2 pieces

- This car charter service is strictly no longer than 12 hours per day, before midnight. Drivers cannot work more than 12 hours a day

- If you book a guide, guide will be counted as a passenger and occupy a seat
- Food and drinks can be consumed inside the vehicle
