- Women who are up to 32 weeks pregnant may fly, as long as they can provide a certificate signed by a doctor
- The elderly and people with limited mobility or physical handicaps can only fly when accompanied by a paying adult that takes full responsibility for getting them to and from the helicopter. This includes walking or carrying them to the helicopter, lifting them, and getting them settled and comfortable
- If you weigh more than 100kg, you will be required to purchase an additional seat; you can pay the designated helicopter staff in cash on the day of your flight
- You must present a valid passport or government-issued ID with photo that matches the contact name you used when booking. If you don't present either of these, you won't be allowed to board the helicopter and refunds won't be issued
- **As per regulations, participants aged 0-18 will not be permitted to join without an accompanying adult**
- **Make sure to arrive at the meet up location 45 minutes before your helicopter departure time**
