- Guests must be aged 13+ to participate in this activity

- No costumes, full-face make-up, or masks allowed

- Line jumping, foul language, and behavior that is not appropriate in public will be dealt with accordingly, including possible expulsion from the venue

## Skytropolis

- Children aged 0-11 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- PWDs and pregnant women are not recommended to join the activities inside the park
- The management of Genting group will take strict action against anyone found reselling Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park tickets or wristbands
- There are no lockers available onsite. Guests are solely responsible for their own belongings
- No refunds will be given due to maintenance or ride closure
- Please note: There are 3 different levels for each ride in Skytropolis Indoor Theme Park. Each ride has a different height restriction requirement.
