- You can bring a luggage bag up to 1 meter in length, free of charge. Bags between 1-1.5 meters in length will incur an extra charge of THB150, to be paid in cash directly to the operator. Bags bigger than 1.5 meters will not be allowed on-board
- Smoking is not permitted in the cabins of the boats or buses
- Pets and animals are not alowed on-board, as well as explosives, weapons, and the like, if they are not given clearance and approval by an authorized staff member

- Full refund will be issued if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather
