- Take Interstate 95 south to SR-836 (Dolphin Expressway) west
- Travel west on SR-836 to Florida's Turnpike (SR-821)

- Exit on SW 8th Street and travel west for approximately 15 miles
- Everglades Safari Park will be on the left
