- Children aged 0-11 are not recommended to play at Escapology Orlando
- Participants aged 0-17 must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18+ and the adult must sign a waiver
- A minimum of 2 players is required per group/room. If the minimum isn't met, the booking will be canceled and you'll be given the option to reschedule, select a different room, or request for a full refund

- Food and beverages are not allowed inside the game rooms
- **Please note:** you need to arrive at least 15 minutes before your start time for a briefing session. You'll get your picture taken with your group after the game. No refunds will be issued for latecomers and no-shows
