# Itinerary:
- 9:30am meet up with guide outside Pizza Express restaurant and proceed to Gateway of India
- 10:00am ferry ride on the Arabian sea from Gateway Of India to the Elephanta Caves (duration: 1 hour)
- 11:00am on arrival to the island, walk or take a short toy train from the jetty to where you need to climb 120 steps to the plateau where the caves are located
- 11:30am see the large three-headed Shiva sculpture. Explore the 3 caves - the large Hindu cave, Buddhist cave and the main Shiva cave
- 1:00pm after exploring, the guide will drop you back to the ferry point and see you off from there on the return hour long ferry ride back to Gateway Of India
- 2:15pm tour ends at Gateway Of India
(**Note:** In case of transfers, the operator will arrange a pick up and drop off by car/van accordingly)

- Child ticket: Age 3-11
- Children under 0-2 years old can participate free of charge
- This tour does not operate on Monday
- No strict dress code is enforced at tour sites. However, please be advised to dress modestly for places of worship
- A moderate amount of walking is involved. Comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses/sunscreen, hats or scarf are highly recommended
- This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions and those with walking disabilities or guests who will need use of a wheelchair
- The transfers option includes roundtrip hotel transfers. Pick up and drop off are available only for hotels in areas between Colaba-Andheri and Colaba-Kurla-Powai. For areas beyond Andheri and Powai, additional charges are applicable to be paid in cash to the operator
- Entrance fees to Elephanta Caves (INR600per person) is applicable for non-Indian passport holders only. Indian tourists have different rates for entrance fees
