- **Welcome drink:** Khawa (a traditional cup of tea) or Summer Pudina Panak (a refreshing drink to beat the summer heat)
- **Appetizers:** Homemade snacks (chef's special delight)
- **Main course:** Kadai Paneer (cottage cheese cooked in home made spices and masalas), Jeera Aloo (potatoes cooked in aromatic flavours of cumin), Seasonal Vegetable (fresh flavours of the season), Kadhi Pakodi (gram flour fritter soaked in a sour and spicy yogurt based curry), Dal Tadka (northern style lentils cooked with an added bonus of tempering)
- **Served with:** Pea Pulao (fragrant rice with green peas), Missi Puri (puffed up, soft, golden and sweet Indian bread), Plain Puri (wheat based flat bread, deep fried till fluffy)
- **Accompaniments:** Salad, papad and pickle
- **Dessert:** Semolina Pudding/Rice Pudding (An Indian meal can never be complete without something sweet), Petha (the quintessential candy of the North) **OR** Gajak (sweet confection made with sesame seeds, perfect for winter weeks)
