- Standard Car (Toyota Corolla or Vios): 3 passengers with 3 pieces of standard luggage or 2 passengers with 4 pieces of standard luggage
- Standard Van (Toyota Commuter): 10 passengers with 5 pieces of standard luggage or 8 passengers with 7 pieces of standard luggage
- The total number of passengers and amount of standard luggage should be no more than 6 for car, no more than 15 for van
- The maximum passengers for car is 3, the maximum passengers for van is 10. Standard luggage size is 24in. Luggage over 28in will be considered 2 pieces

# Additional Information:
- This car charter service is strictly no longer than 12 hours a day, before midnight. Drivers cannot work more than 12 hours a day
- Please note: The service time will be counted from the pick up time you indicate at checkout
- Overtime surcharge for the driver is THB300 per hour (paid directly to the driver)
- **Please note:** Driver can speak basic English only. Please opt for a guide if you require someone who understands and speaks a higher standard of English
- If you book a guide, guide will be counted as a passenger and occupy a seat. Overtime surcharge for the guide is THB300 per hour (paid directly to the guide)
- For pick up or activity locations outside Chiang Mai city limits, additional surcharge will be incurred (to be confirmed by operator)
- Please note service time will be counted since pick up time, please fill in your preferred pick up time at check out page
- Please kindly provide all passenger’s name with title, nationality and passport number who join the trip to the local operator ([email protected]) for insurance purposes before travel date, otherwise, the local operator reserve the rights to reject provide the travelers
- Klook will send the Chiang Mai Brochure to you before the travel date to communicate with the driver easier; please kindly plan the itinerary by yourself
