# Danube Cruise:
- The cruise starts at multiple times within the day. Participants can choose to join the cruise at any time

## Summer Season (Apr-Aug)
- The cruise runs daily with trips every hour from 10:00am-8:00pm (at every exact hour), 8:45pm, 9:30pm, and 10:30pm

## Fall Season (Sep-3 Nov)
- The cruise runs daily with trips every hour from 10:00am-8:00pm (at every exact hour), 8:45pm, and 9:30pm

## Winter Season (4 Nov-Mar)
- The cruise runs daily with trips at 1:00pm, 2:30pm, 5:00pm, and 6:30pm

# Parliament:
- The tour starts at 11:00am, 11:15am, 11:30am or 11:45am on depending on the days or occassions. Please contact the operator to ensure the exact time of your tour's starting time


# Additional Information:
- Student ticket: Age 0-24
- Participants who purchase a student ticker must present a valid student ID for verification
- Please note that the different package prices apply for EU and Non-EU residents
- The tour is not suitable for participants with wheelchairs
- The tour will run in all weather conditions
- Photography is permitted throughout the tour

## Parliament Tour
- Please bring a valid ID or passport with you during the tour
- The Parliament may cancel the tour due to Parliament programs and state protocol events for security reasons. In case of cancellation, operator will reschedule you to an alternative tour date
- A safety check will be conducted before entering the parliament. Bringing in of large bagsand objects that may cause injury are strictly prohibited
- If slots are unavailable for the Parliament Tour during the participants requested schedule (as slots are limited for visiting), operator will offer the closest schedule to the participants preferred timeslot. If the alternative schedule is not suitable, participants must reply to the operator as soon as possible. If operator does not receive any feedback from the participant within 24 hours before the tour, no refunds will be entertained
