# Itinerary:
- 4:30pm hotel pick up within Udaipur City
- Depart for Lake Pichola
- 5:00pm board a boat to Pichola
- Boat ride to Jag Mandir Island
- 5:30 reach Jag Mandir Palace
- Explore the palace grounds
- Visit a café, restaurant, bar, or a spa inside the palace
- 7:00pm buffet dinner
- 8:30pm head back to Lake Pichola
- 9:00pm drop off at hotel

- **Welcome drinks:** piñacolada or mojito
- **Appetizers:** machhi zamin-doz and reshmi seekh ke pakode (non-vegan) or kandhari paneer tikka and potato and cheese shots (vegan)
- **Soup**: mutton extract and lemon broth (non-vegan) or Tamatar Dhaniya Ka Shorba (vegan)
- **Salad and Condiments:** garden fresh salad with lemon and fried chilies and vegetarian caesar salad with assorted toppings and beans, potatoes and carrots in lemon tartar and pineapple raita
- **International Course:** herb crumbed fish with basil lemon tartar, baked vegetable au gratin egg plant and zucchini moussaka
- **Main Course:** steamed rice, assorted breads from tandoor, plain naan, roti, garlic naan, laccha paratha
- **Sides**: laal maas, buttered chicken, rajasthani ker sangri kadi (non-vegan) and subz korma, paneer mirch masala, dum ke aloo, yellow dal tadka (vegan)
