- If the ski lift and cable car are canceled due to gale, customers will be transferred to Hakodateyama Ski Resort and refunded another food voucher worth JPY1,000
- Food voucher in Package JPY1,000 Food Voucher + Ski Resort Ticket can be used in all restaurants in the ski resort, but should not be exchanged to cash or small changes after payment. When lunch fare is over JPY1,000, please pay for the rest of the lunch fee
