# Booking Guidelines:
- **Same day bookings:** book at least 5 hours before your pick up time
- **Airport pick up:** select your flight arrival date at the checkout page. If your flight arrives at 12:00am on 2 May (for an example), select 2 May
- **From hotel to airport:** your preferred pick up time should be at least 3 hours before flight departs due to traffic. The operator will not be responsible if you miss your flight

- **Please note:** The standard luggage size is 24''. Luggage over 24'' will be considered as 2 pieces
- Each additional suitcase will take up an extra seat in the vehicle
