- **Important:** This are the only times when you can collect your physical ticket
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled redemption time. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals. Please refer to your voucher for specific entrance time

- To collect the audioguide inside the museum you have to show the original copy of your Identity Card or Passport, they will keep your ID document until the end of the visit when you will return the audio guide
- Please collect the tickets from the staff wearing a blue clothing with a 'Caf Tour & Travel' sign
