## Day 1 Gynekha – Gur

- Walking Distance: 7km, 5 hours
- Camp altitude: 3,290m
- Start at Gynekha village, trek past valleys and rivers

## Day 2 Gur – Labatama

- Walking Distance: 12km, 5-6 hours
- Camp Altitude: 4,300m
- Great view of Mount Kanchenjunga (Sikkim) and other Bhutanese Himalayan peaks
- Meadows and yak herders' camps
- Camp at Uthso Lake

## Day 3 Acclimatization

- Walking Distance: Minimal
- Camp Altitude: 4,300m
- Relax at Labatama campsite near Uthso Lake
- Choose between an excursion to one of the three lakes: Reli Tsho, Hen Tsho or Jama Tsho

## Day 4 Labatama – Panka

- Walking Distance: Minimal
- Camp Altitude: 4,080m
- Trail with great views of Everest (Nepal), Kanchenjunga (Sikkim), Jomolhari, Jichu Drake, Tshering Gang, Khangbum, Masang Gang, Tsende Gang and Gangche
Ta
- Pass through Dala Tsho Lake
- Trek along the Doccha Chhu river

## Day 5 Panka-Talakha

- Walking Distance: 8km, 6 hours
- Camp Altitude: 3,080m
- Traverse mountain passes
- Meadows with Blue Poppy, the national flower of Bhutan
- Spectacular view of Thimphu valley, the capital city of Bhutan
- Camps near Talakha Monastery

## Day 6 Talakha – Chamgang

- Walking Distance: 6km, 3 hours
- Trek down to Chamgang village
- Transfer to hotel



# Additional Information:

- A good level of fitness is necessary
- Not suitable for children aged 0-13 and dependent on fitness levels
- Not suitable for those with a respiratory, cardiac, or circulatory disorder or a disability that limits mobility
- You will be required to send a scanned copy of your passport (with 6 months validity) in order to apply for the visa - the rest of the application procedure is taken care of for you
- Tour begins at Paro International Airport and ends at Gauwahati Airport in India or Jaigoan of India (border town to Bhutan) if by road, or Paro International Airport
- Fees are calculated based on number of nights. For example, for a 5 day 4 night tour, you will be paying based on 4 overnight stays in Bhutan and not for the number of day
