- **Total data of 1GB/3GB per day at 4G LTE speeds is subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Once consumed, unlimited data at 2G speed will apply**
- **Important:** if you have any issue with your device or would like to extend the usage, please contact the number listed on your voucher
- No refund will be issued for unsuccessful pick up due to last minute booking. For same day booking, kindly refer to the voucher
## International Fair Usage Policy
- Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amount of data in short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited or throttled at the discretion of the telecommunications company of the country destination
- Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, etc., or from using a huge amount of data in short period of time
- Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental priod
# Compensation Charges:
## In case of damage/loss, deposit amount returned will be deducted according to the following penalties below
- Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: Up to IDR500,000 or USD100
- Exterior or scratches or damage: Up to IDR350,000 or USD30
- Damaged/Lost pouch: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost charger: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost USB data cable: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost adaptor: IDR50,000 or USD5
- Damaged/Lost guidebook: IDR10,000
