# Additional Information:
- **Please note: a security deposit of THB 1,000 will be required during pick up by cash or credit card**
- The security deposit will be refunded when the device is returned undamaged
- A Power bank will be provided together with the pocket wifi device
- The maximum number of connected devices is 10. However, we recommend that the number of connected devices should be 3-4 as it may affect the internet speed
- **If you are making a same day booking, please book at least 2 hours before picking up the device**
# Surcharge:
- **Please note:** A penalty will be charged for late returns (number of late days x daily rental rate)
- If you book WiFi Device Only package, in case of lost or damaged device, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
