- **Please note:** For pick up location at Indomaret Point, the operator will send you a code 1 day before your SIM Card pick up date. Please pass the code to the staff at pick up location to get your SIM Card. If you have not received the code right before your pick up time, please contact the operator number listed on your voucher
- **Please note**: SIM Card can be picked up during **operating hours**. If your arrival time is outside the operating hours, the operator will deliver your SIM card to your hotel within 24 hours. Please input your hotel address at the checkout page before proceeding with the booking
- When installing and activating your SIM Card, we strongly recommend that you allow the Klook staff to assist as there could be complications with the installation. If you decide to install and activate it yourself, please follow the instructions available on the SIM Card packages. **Please note that you are required to show your passport for registration**
- Top ups can be done by buying a top up card from one of the numerous phone shops found in your area. Just look for a banner with "Jual Pulsa" on it
- **Important:** For same day booking, please book 3 hours prior to pick up time. Operator will not be responsible for delay in pick up due to last minute booking
