- You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
- The voucher is valid only on the date and time specified


# Pick Up and Drop Off Procedure:
- Location: Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hanoi, and Hoi An areas
- Please provide your complete hotel name and address upon check out

## Pick Up
- The staff will leave the router at your hotel front desk at least 2 hours before you check in
- Hotel front desk staff will provide you with the router after your identification and redemption voucher has been confirmed

## Drop Off
- You will pack the router into the provided drop off envelope and place it with the hotel front desk upon check out
- The staff will then collect the router after you have checked out

## Extension Procedure
- Extension will be charged at VND 161,000 per day
- Please inform the Klook Support team at least 48 hours before the extension date
- Place your payment with the hotel front desk by **9:30am** the next day
- The staff will collect payment from hotel
- Device will be valid for use during your requested extension period
