2D1N Kheerganga Trek & Camping from Kasol

# Itinerary:

## Day 1

- 9:00am reach campsite and enjoy a short walk on arrival in Kasol
- Enjoy breakfast at the campsite and freshen up
- 10:00am head to Barshaini village by shared car
- 12:00pm start trek (approx. 12kms) to Kheerganga from Barshaini with local guide
- Walk through along side river Parvati, waterfalls, narrow walkways and apple orchards
- Cross the Rudranaag temple and a small waterfall
- Stop for lunch at a local dhabba (own expense)
- Spend some time in the hot pool for a wonderfully soothing experience
- 5:00pm reach the campsite and rest
- Capture the Himalayan Silhouette during sunset
- 8:00pm onwards enjoy dancing, a bonfire and dinner at the campsite
- Overnight stay in tents, under a sky full of stars

## Day 2

- Wake up early and enjoy sunrise photography with panaromic views of the Himalayas
- 7:00am have breakfast and freshen up
- Take a refreshing dip at the mystical hot springs of Kheerganga
- 10:00am start trekking from Kheerganga to Barshaini village
- 2:00pm reach Barshaini and board the shared car
- 4:00pm reach Kasol and conclude the trek

# Additional Information:
- Level of difficulty of the trek: Intermediate
- Minimum age to participate: Age 12+
- **This activity is not applicable for travelers originating from Hong Kong**
- Light and comfortable clothing is recommended, with shoes appropriate for a 15km trek
- The trekking guide speaks basic English only
- This trek is not recommended for pregnant women, PWDs, guests with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- All meals will be vegetarian
- A cloak room in Kasol will be available where you can leave any extra luggage
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs or individuals deemed medically or physically unfit will not be allowed to participate in the adventure activities
- Accommodation in tents will be on double, triple, or quadruple occupancy depending on tent and group size
- All local transfers will be in shared SUV, sedan car, or tempo traveler, bus depending on group size
- Only shared washrooms are available for use at the campsite
- **Please note: The government has revoked permission to set up commercial camps in Kheerganga temporarily and accommodation for all bookings made from June onwards will be provided 6kms before Kheerganga, however, there will be no other changes in the itinerary provided above**
