## Day Trip with Lunch

- 7:20am/7:50am meet up at Esca Shopping Mall
- 7:30am/8:00am depart for Hilda Takayama
- Visit Hilda Takayama (90 minutes)
- Lunch
- Visit Shirakawa-go (100 minutes)
- 7:30pm arrive at Nagoya station, end of the trip
## Day Trip without Lunch
- 7:50am meet up at Esca Shopping Mall
- 8:00am depart for Hilda Takayama
- Visit Hilda Takayama (120 minutes)
- Visit Shirakawa-go (120 minutes)
- 7:30pm arrive at Nagoya station, end of the trip

- Infants aged 0-2 are free of charge as long as they do not need a separate seat and meal

- **Please note:** Partipants aged 0-19 are strictly required to be accompanied by one paying adult to join this trip
- This trip can accommodate pregnant women, disabled participants, wheelchairs, and strollers, provided that they are accompanied by a paying adult
- The trip conductor will only provide basic information such as the meeting place and time at each stop in English or Chinese
- This trip will be conducted together with Japanese participants
- Lunch menu will be Kei-chan chicken. Dietary restrictions cannot be accommodated
- **Please note:** For the course in Jul-Oct and no lunch course in May-Oct, a minimum of 28 participants is required for this trip to push through. If the minimum number is not met, you will be informed 4 business day prior to your tour date and you will be given the option to reschedule your booking or request a full refund
- For no lunch course in May-Oct, you may order a optional bento box lunch with tea for JPY800 per person. Please make your request when checking out and pay cash to the tour staff on the tour day. Please eat lunch on the tour bus
- In case of bad weather, the tour may be canceled. In case of cancellation, you will be notified by 3:00pm (JST) via email a day before the scheduled trip. You may request for a full refund or reschedule to an alternative tour date
- **Please note:** The trip's return location may be different from the meet up location. For more information, please ask your trip conductor on the day of the trip
- Smoking inside the bus is strictly prohibited
