Kbal Spean is a small waterfall with various streams flowing over the steps and levels of the site. The differentiating factor about this site is the 11th-century carvings on its bedrock. There are over 1000 phallic religious symbols along with Buddhist imagery. It is also a good spot for a picnic, although the streams are usually during the wet season only. It’s located on the southwest slopes of Kulen Hill.
