But buses are not a great option if you are looking for beach hopping or going to hang around till late night. Also, there are no Ola and Uber services available in Goa. You could rent a motorcycle or a scooter if you have a valid license. The rent starts at INR 300 per day per bike like Honda Activa or around INR 400 per day for Royal Enfield bikes. This excludes petrol costs. Riding on bikes is the most popular way of commuting in Goa for young tourists, including foreigners. You can also hire a cab, with or without a chauffeur to roam around. Cars cost approximately 900 - 1300 per day. However, finding parking spots close to all beaches could be a problem whereas bikes give you the flexibility of going pretty close to the beach to park.

Here are some tips that will help you rent a vehicle safely and responsibly:

Documents

You will be required to submit your ID Proof like PAN Card or Aadhar Card to the dealer. Keep your Driving License with you.

Make sure to ask for the bike documents. You may need them if you?re stopped by the police and are asked for the registration.

Testing the Vehicle

1. Before renting the bike, be sure to look for any previous damages and inform the renter of them.

2. Do a test run and drive the vehicle for a while to make sure that it works fine. Ask the renter for a helmet if you're renting a bike.

3. These vehicles very rarely have fuel in them, so make sure you go to a petrol pump right away after renting.

4.  Take the renters information and contact details so that you can reach them if there is some trouble with the vehicle.

5. Return the vehicle on time. If you're late there are chances that the renter may charge you more money.
