Perak offers a wide array of local delicacies and seafood. Lemang, a famous Malay dish made of rice and cooked in a bamboo tube, and Tempoyak commonly eaten with chillies are must-eat dishes. Redang Tok is a Perak Cuisine normally served during Malay Muslim festive season Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
